Green Bean, Ham, and Cheese Frittata

Tonight I made frittata as envisioned by Martha Stewart (recipe).  I scaled the recipe down to three servings and halved the cheese.  I used Jarlsberg instead of fontina, because my grad student grocery budget only has room for one “Swiss type” block from Sam’s.  It was delicious, and best of all, it will make superb lunches for the remainder of the week.
