Sausage and Roasted Pepper Pasta

Tonight’s dinner was the roasted pepper and sausage pasta from the March 2009 issue of Cooking Light (recipe).  It was easy (if a tad time-consuming for pasta), tasty, and all ingredients save cheese and seasonings were purchased from the discount grocery for under $3.  I think I might love that place even more than Hudson’s.  Maybe.
