Rosemary Focaccia


This recipe (the rosemary focaccia from the RLB Bread Bible) was an absolute disaster, and it looks like I’m not the only one who thought so.  But I’m posting it anyway, because it was the first bread baked in my new house.  I expected to feel very upset by this–the first bread to come out of the sunny spacious kitchen that I will hopefully occupy for the next four years, and it was failure.  But miraculously, I shrugged it off and made those fabulous cinnamon rolls again today to make sure my yeast-dough karma wasn’t totally shot.  I think this laid-back Southern living is finally taking its toll on me.
